Hey there! I’m so glad you’re here.
My name’s Hannah Chapman: college student, ex-dancer, yogi, plant lover, literature nerd, health nut (sometimes), foodie, powerlifter (for now), amateur meditator, and human being. My loves include cold brew iced coffee, nut butter, and going beyond the surface in regards to connection and conversation. When I’m not at school, work, or in the kitchen, find me at a music festival or one of three concert venues by me. I also write for Fit University and manage a chapter on my campus. Nice to meet ya!
My philosophy is simple:
- No food is a bad food; I eat it all, I ain’t got no type.
- Restriction of any kind is disordered eating, unless a health condition is involved.
- Living life and being present is SO much more important than an extra pound or 100 calories.
- All bodies are beautiful. Food freedom and body acceptance is attainable for everyone with some work and desire to achieve it.
I seek to inspire you all to really live a whole, balanced life and make this experience we share a beautiful one. Because you matter.
